Finance & Operations Coordinator
Gosia oversees festival budgeting, pricing, coordinates purchasing, and helps manage the materials and resources needed to support festival operations throughout the year.
Mark Filar
Food Logistics Coordinator & Planning Support
Mark coordinates the transportation of supplies from Chicago and assists with festival planning meetings, logistics, and ideas throughout the year.
Mariola Cieślik
Event Décor Director
Mariola leads the décor for the Polish Heritage Festival and other Polish Ministry events, helping create beautiful and welcoming spaces that celebrate our traditions and community.
Nicole Pohancsek
Website Coordinator & Planning Support
Nicole develops and maintains the festival website and contributes ideas and support during planning meetings throughout the year. Nicole is also a member and former past president of the Polish Genealogical Society of New York State.
Gene Pohancsek
Website & Planning Support
Gene works alongside Nicole to develop and maintain the festival website and actively participates in planning meetings, helping support the continued growth of the festival. Gene is also an active member of the Polish Genealogical Society of New York State and a board member of the Hungarian American Social Club of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.
